Exchange
Once terms are agreed, contracts are exchanged between the parties, which generally makes the agreement binding subject to any cooling-off or conditions.

Searches & Due Diligence
Relevant property searches and enquiries are conducted to help identify issues that could affect the property or the transaction.

Finance & Pre-Settlement
We liaise with lenders and the other side to coordinate finance approval and prepare the documents needed ahead of settlement.
